Join Jess for a slow-meets-strong immersion in movement, breath, and spacious rest. Set in a serene retreat center built in traditional Moroccan style—surrounded by olive trees and gardens at the foot of the Atlas Mountains—our days weave morning flow + Pilates, afternoon workshops/restorative, and sunset meditation, with ample time to wander, journal, or simply be. All levels welcome. Come home nourished, stronger in your body, and steadier in your heart.
