Flow Class
Move your body, your way. We will flow with an emphasis onpersonal "alignment" and moving at a pace designed for exactly whohas shown up. This is a class for anyone in any stage of their yoga asanapractice. Be prepared to have fun, sing and start or end your day off feelinggreat.
Candlelit Yin
Yin yoga uses gentle floor-based postures held for 2-5 minutes each to target the body’s connective tissues.Yin practice naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed and reflective state, where awareness can be brought to breath patterns, posture, and thought. As we gently work within our natural range of motion, this practice can help release the body’s chronic holding patterns, aiding in cultivating a greater sense of ease, mobility, and resiliency.
Strength for Life
Build full-body power and endurance in this dynamic Strength Training Class. Using a combination of free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll target all major muscle groups to improve strength, tone, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels, our strength class is perfect for anyone looking to challenge themselves, build muscle, and feel empowered in a supportive environment.
Pilates for Yogis (PFY), Music Television Pilates (MTP) & PFY EXpress
This Mat Pilates class differs from other Pilates classes as it includes a centering to begin the practice, savasana at the end, and 10 min of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). Practitioners will work from the deepest layers of muscles to stabilize and support the spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine and core muscles with ideal posture and alignment. You will leave feeling happy and exhilarated. All Levels Welcome!
MTP is held on the last week of the month - classes done with a focus on old MTV videos.
PFY EXpress is 30 min - 10 min Pilates, 10 min HIIT, 10 min arm toning.
Myofacial Release (MFR)
Using therapy balls, this class focuses on releasing tension held deep in your fascia—the connective tissue that wraps around muscles, bones, and organs. Through targeted pressure and slow, mindful movement, you'll address tight spots, improve mobility, and support your body's natural healing process. Expect to move slowly, breathe deeply, and leave feeling more spacious in your body.
Calm & Curious: A Gentle Experience
In this class, we’ll experiment with a variety of yogic practices and tools to calm our bodies and minds. Classes may include gentle flows, restorative poses, breathwork, and meditation. Bring a sense of curiosity to explore how to take these skills into daily life, regulating your nervous system when you need it most.
